| Video Discription | A case of Endoscopic Endonasal Resection of Olfactory groove meningioma by Transcribriform approach operated by Brig. Dr. N Ramakrishnan, Dr. Nihar Ingale, Dr. Gaurav Chamania, Dr Ajinkya Sandbhor Dept of ENT and Neurosurgery Symbiosis Medical College for Women. 49 year old female presented with complaints of persistent headache, She had previous history of mucormycosis and was operated for the same in 2021. Necessary investigation were done and presence of space occupying lesion was identified in the olfactory groove.. Further investigation (mri pns contrast) revealed it to be a olfactory groove meningioma with classic dural tail sign.
