| Video Discription | A 30-year-old male patient presented with the complaint of visual narrowing in the left eye. He noticed a progressive decrease in vision on the left side of his left eye for 4 months. In his radiologic examination, a lesion with dimensions of 2x2 cm was detected in the suprasellar region. The patient was operated using a right transcranial pterional approach. The optic-hypothalamic mass was totally removed using interoptic and opticocarotid corridors.
