| Video Discription | (Language: english/français). Right revision tympanoplasty following simultaneous previous insertion of Malleus Replacement Prosthesis (MRP) with TORP. Late failure after 4 years. Middle ear exploration reveals a mobile and stable MRP four years later with a short TORP. The TORP is really stable thanks to the MRP but slightly short as the distal tip of the prosthesis' shaft does not perfectly fit the mobile footplate. The MRP is preserved and a new slightly longer TORP is inserted. This video emphazises the efficiency of the MRP in enhancing prosthesis' stability despite the initial missing malleus and stapes (Austin-Kartush Group D).
