Was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. Also had nasality in speech. What was done? We did this single layer closure as we think it would work in a large percentage of such cases. Dermal matrix or alloderm works too. Don't like to use tongue flaps as it is too much hassle for the patient. Downtime: Just 2 days. What else?
