Imaging revealed bilateral endometriotic cysts, frozen pelvis, deep endometriosis involving parametra, uterosacral, and mid rectum 10 to 12 cm from the anal verge. Bowel lesion was 4 to 5 cm length full-thickness more than 50% circumference involved.
