| Video Discription | Grade V retraction of Pars Tensa as outer limit of retraction is not visible with discharge.Retracted TM was adherent to promontory, extends to tympanic sinus,facial recess,posterior tympanic sinus.Retraction was also attached to Incus and Stapes with partial erosion of incus but integrity of IS joint was maintained..Round window reflex was present.After releasing the retracted TM atrophic and inflammed part was excised.Superficial temporalis fascia was placed in underlay technique which was reenforced with triangularis fossa cartilage. |
