Try toothpick, metal on metal contacts is a bad idea. wiggle the (little thing in the middle of the usb type-c charging port) center prong....up and down gently of this doesnt work try again and chrage may turn on after 2 minutes. if your puffco has electricity but not working hold the power button till it resets.
