| Video Discription | In contrary to ordinary deep nodules which are solid, the nodule in ths 40 years old lady was found to be cystic & polypoid in nature with involvement of rectum and vagina. Nodule was resected Laparoscopically along with partial vaginectomy & discoid rectal resection. I believe every country, city or even town has it's own unique endometriosis, dependent upon pollution status of given environment causing different levels of genetic mutation in in endometriosis of different locations, this case could be a testimony to the fact. |
