| Video Discription | The injection of saline is the most important aspect of EMR to position the polyp in such a way to facilitate en bloc resection. Here notice second injection on the proximal side of polyp to lift it up and make it en face so that as the snare was closed it will grabbing the polyp undersurface instead of the polyp. Rectal polyps bleed easily; hence I used a longer interval between cuts with Endocut Q 3-1-6 (6 interval). Path: Tubulovillous adenoma with HGD; margin clear of adenoma. |
