He was admitted hemodynamically stable and witn "unclear abdomen" at the beginning, increasing abdominal tenderness and some guarding after 2 hours; there was also an abdominal wall hematoma in right flank. CT scan showed free fluid in right quadrants and multiple tiny air bubbles. Thus, diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopy was indicated.
