| Video Discription | A 65-year-old female with Ruptured Left Giant (5 cm) Middle Cerebral Artery aneurysm clipping through a standard left pterional approach. 13 clips were used for aneurysm-neck reconstruction in a unique peacock-tail pattern. The whole procedure was under intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (SSEP, MEP & EEG). The post-Op course was uneventful except for right hemiparesis that improved later.
