| Video Discription | Video shows a standard cholecystectomy of a very small gallbladder from a 79yrs woman, suffering from upper right quadrant pain for years. Ultrasound showed a very small gallbladder. No adhesions were found during the procedure. The calot's triangle were dissected with monopolar hook, the cystic duct and artere were identified and clipped with titatium clips. The gallbladder were extracted trhough the 10mm epigastric trocar. |
