Sedation: Conscious sedation. Optical diagnosis: Serrated adenoma Injection: Sequential injection of Indigo Carmine. Snare Resection: 15 and 10 mm stiff snare resection. Resection margin: Clear Resection base: Submucosal chromoendoscopy reveals submucosa. Hemostasis with coagulation grasper. APC: Edge to prevent recurrence. Pulsating vessel in the base: clip application to prevent delayed bleeding. |
