| Video Discription | We present a case of progressive left eye visual function loss over the course of two weeks in a 63-year old lady. MR-imaging showed a tuberculum sellae meningioma with compression on the left optical nerve and optic chiasm, resulting in a visual acuity of 0.10. Surgery was performed through a left lateral frontoorbital approach with unroofing of the left optic canal, resulting in a Simpson grade 2 resection.
