| Video Discription | 👨⚕️Clinical case Patient V. was admitted to the clinic with complaints of difficulty in nasal breathing, nasal congestion more on the right, mucus flowing down the back of the throat, periodic mucopurulent discharge mainly from the right half of the nasal cavity. According to the patient, complaints of difficulty in nasal breathing have been bothering her for a long time. In 2011, she underwent treatment of the upper jaw teeth on the right, after which she began to be bothered by frequent exacerbations of chronic sinusitis up to 2-3 times a year, for which she was treated conservatively at her place of residence, including antibiotic therapy, with a temporary positive effect. The last exacerbation was six months ago, after which a CT scan of the sinuses was performed, for which she was referred for consultation. 🩻According to CT data: the nasal septum is deviated to the right, destruction of the medial wall of the right maxillary sinus, total decrease in pneumatization of the right maxillary sinus, both sphenoid sinuses, decreased pneumatization of the anterior cells of the ethmoid labyrinth on the right, foreign body of the right maxillary sinus. 💉 Septoplasty was performed. Endoscopic bilateral polysinusotomy with removal of the foreign body. Submucous effect on the inferior nasal turbinates with a blue laser beam. 👨⚕️Клинический случай Пациентка В. поступила в клинику с жалобами на затруднение носового дыхания, заложенность носа больше справа, стекание слизи по задней стенке глотки, периодическое слизисто-гнойное отделяемое преимущественно из правой половины полости носа. Со слов пациентки, жалобы на затруднение носового дыхания беспокоят длительно. В 2011 году проходила лечение зубов верхней челюсти справа, после которого стали беспокоить частые обострения хронического синусита до 2-3 раз в год, по поводу которых лечилась консервативно по месту жительства, в том числе с применением антибиотикотерапии, с временным положительным эффектом. Последние обострение полгода назад, после которого быдо выполнено КТ пазух носа, по поводу которого направлена на консультацию. 🩻По данным КТ: перегородка носа искривлена вправо, разрушение медиальной стенки правой верхнечелюстной пазухи, тотальное снижение пневматизации правой верхнечелюстной пазухи, обеих клиновидных пазух, снижение пневматизации передних клеток решетчатого лабиринта справа, инородное тело правой верхнечелюстной пазухи. 💉 Выполнена Септопластика. Эндоскопическая двусторонняя полисинусотомия с удалением инородного тела.
