Video full transcript: Elysium Cultivation Staff: "We are a cannabis grow. We are in over 100 dispensaries right now currently in the state of Michigan. We take down anywhere from 100 to 200 lbs a week so, depending on the the month- we're anywhere from 500 to 800 lbs. We have so many varieties here and we have Indicas- most of it's hybrids, but you know we just try to make our clients happy with just high quality weed. Before Softrim, we were using just a regular bladed trim machine, but it cuts off a large portion of what makes marijuana special. The bottom line is we want the most flower product, and Softrim bud trimmers helps us get more A & B product instead of just trim. Older (blade) bud trimmers would take too much off and kind of shave the whole bud down. Also, when you cut into a trichome head on flower, it changes the smell- so that's one thing that drew me to the Softrim specifically- was you weren't losing that smell. I would say honestly, that our our trim numbers have gone down in a healthy percentage (compared to other bud trimmers). Labor wise, cost wise- Softrim (bud trimmers) are much better than hand trim. Yes, Softrim is better than hand trimming. You get a better product and number one you get a bigger yield. Softrim is better than hand trim in my opinion. You know- you can put through hundreds of pounds in a day. You can literally see the difference.
