Case Presentation: Patient: 45-year-old female Presenting Complaint: Right-sided hearing loss and facial paralysis History of Illness: Significant findings began in 2023. A previous petrous mass biopsy was performed via a right retrosigmoid approach at a private hospital. Pathology results confirmed chondrosarcoma. Due to significant tumor progression and upon consultation with a radiation oncologist, surgery was recommended to reduce tumor burden. |
