| Video Discription | Suprasellar arachnoid cyst in 9 months old boy present with progressive macrocephaly. Rt Kocher incision. Foramen of Monro was plugged by Suprasellar aracnoid cyst. Cyst were fenestrated and coagulated until shrink. Prepontine cistern was opened too. However,in young age patients hydrocephalus may not resolve. Carefully follow up clinical and image are mandatory. This operation was performed at Queen Sirikit National Institute of Child Health (QSNICH), Thailand. |
