Esta es una paciente del sexo femenino, en la 5a década de su vida, con historia de 4 meses de evolución de cefalea frontal, vértigo y anosmia. Se planeo practicarle un Abordaje de Base de Cráneo, un Fronto Basal extendido con Orbitotomia bilateral. Se utilizó apoyo de Microscopio Pentero 900C, Neuronavegador BrainLab, Aspirador Ultrsonico CUSA y Craneotomo Midas Rex. Remoción del 100% verificado por Navegación y la paciente pudo ser extubada, sin déficit neurológico ni del estado de conciencia.
