| Video Discription | Complete sac in Indirect Inguinal hernia can be dealt with by leaving the distal sac as it is in the scrotum and dividing the proximal sac at it's neck: This is called as "Abandoning the sac" technique and was popularised by Flavio Malcher. Here I describe my technique of performing the surgery by taking a circumferential incision at the neck of the sac while doing a TAPP for Inguinal hernia.
