| Video Discription | Herein, we will discuss how topical chemotherapy and topical immunotherapy have changed my practice, decreased the need for conjunctival and corneal surgery and have improved patient outcomes. This includes a new strategy called sequential polypharmacy used to treat larger and larger tumors. Dr. Finger says, don't forget to perform UBM prior to and periodically during follow up to make sure there is no intraocular tumor extension. Lastly, we discuss the published results from the multicenter, international AJCC - OOTF conjunctival melanoma registry.
