| Video Discription | Middle aged female with severe imbalance and left sided hearing loss was managed for gross total excision of the CP angle tumor with preservation of the facial nerve. The incidental rt trigonal meningioma was calcified and was not tackled in this sitting. Post operative status of the patient was good with imbalance recovering and transient facial paresis HB grade 3. Patient had some lower cranial nerve problems and needed the ryles tube for a few days and was dishcharged on day 8. |
