| Video Discription | 80 years old,neovascular glaucoma, IOP 40 mm Hg. Surgery: Conjunctiva is detached from limbus, bleeding stopped, 1 mm behind the limbus, a scleral gutter, then rectangular pit made with Fugo blade. The tip is touched with MMC 0.05 % touched for 3 minutes, Transciliary filtration track made with Fugo blade 600 micron tip at highest energy setting. Conjunctiva sutured back to the limbus with interrupted sutures. I use 40 micron steel. It is reliable and minimizes chances of edge leakage. |
