| Video Discription | (Language: english/french). Entire procedure including perichondrial graft harvesting and canalplasty. Left transcanal tympanoplasty with canalplasty and total tympanic membrane grafting for subtotal TM perforation and severe tympanosclerosis of the middle ear via a 6.5mm diameter speculum. Following dissection and removal of tympanosclerosis, middle ear exploration reveals the presence of an eroded incus with mobile malleus and stapes. Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Vincent-Grace Alto TORP with band. Simultaneous malleus relocation & silastic banding technique is used.
