| Video Discription | During a laparotomy (at Teaching Hospital Mahamodara, Galle, Srilanka) for ovarian malignancy, Dr. Saradha Kannangara ( Consultant Gynecological Oncological surgeon) had to transect involved ureter part. This is how he primarily Re anatomosed it using 4.0 proline after stenting. The stent was kept for 6 weeks. Patient had uneventful recovery. It was a good learning opportunity for fellow consultants and PG trainees. |
