| Video Discription | This 2 yr girl presented to us with gradually increasing left hydronehrosis and hydroureter (antenatally detected) with obstructive curve on EC scan and no VUR on MCUG. She underwent left upper moiety ureterostomy at 11mnths age. Now EC scan showed improvement in renal parameters with functioning dual moiety on the left side with diminished renal pelvic diameter on USG. She was taken up for ipsilateral ureteroureterostomy. |
