| Video Discription | We present a demonstrative case and the steps of inguinal LND using a minimally invasive access that reduces the morbidity of the classical open access using by up to 30%. With just 3 small incisions less than 1 cm above the knee, the entire procedure can be performed to remove the inguinal lymphatic tissue from the superficial and deep templates. In this case, we add real-time ICG fluorescence in order to increase the efficiency of the procedure and achieve removal of the largest number of lymph nodes. We can carry out this approach for different oncological cases in the field of urology, gynecology and dermatology. |
