| Video Discription | www.medfreelancers.com PERINEOCON 2018 | VVF (Vesicovaginal fistula) Repair Dr H S Bhatyal and audio by Dr Nikhil Khattar History 23 years female with Continuous leakage of urine per vaginum X 7 months H/o Uterine rupture + IUD(obstructed labour) 7 months ago Laparotomy was done and anterior uterine wall,bladder,vaginal wall were repaired (Records not available) No comorbidity H/O LSCS 3 years ago LMP(14/03/18) EUM- Normal PV- Defect of size of 2x1cm at anterior wall 2cm proximal to vaginal opening, another induration felt at 5cm proximal to vaginal opening Continous Urine leakage+ Vagina capacious P/S – A defect of size 2x1 cm present at anterior vaginal wall about 2cm proximal to introitus, mucosa is healthy CT UROGRAPHY B/L kidneys and ureters are normal Small collection in vagina with thinning of bladder wall seen at base level, dye seems to coming into vagina on delayed images.
