Her husband has had a vasectomy surgery and an in vitro fertilization was programed by their fertility medical group. She was referred to me with an indication of conservative endometriosis surgery. MRI finds showed deep infiltrating endometriosis on the posterior pelvic compartment associated with right ovary endometrioma and rectum infiltration as well. |
