Now today's video is going to be about safety in the grow room as I picked up these LED grow room sunglasses which are all about protecting your eyes from long-term exposure to grow lights. And that includes everything from HPS to led to metal halide and everything in between. So in this video I'm going to cover exactly how to use these and the benefits of using these glasses. Alright, now that you guys know we're doing in today's video, let's get started! All right guys I'm out here in the garage where the grow rooms are set up, I've got my shades on but before I show you guys the plants and how these will help you, I wanted to explain why it's a good idea to be wearing these whenever you are being exposed to these high power grow lights. So I don't know about you guys, but for myself after a being in the grow room for 30 minutes or more I noticed that I start to get a headache if I'm not wearing any sort of eye protection, and if I'm in there for just maybe 10 to 15 minutes I maybe won't get a headache but I will notice that my eyes sort of feel like they were straining really hard for a long time. They're like kind of worn out and tired afterwards. So I know I'm a do not get a headache from the short periods of being in there, but I know over the long-term that's going to add up to a lot of negative towards my eyesight, and is going to eventually kind of wear out my eyes. So to counteract that, I wear these glasses whenever I'm going to be near the grow lights while they are turned and it just really helped and prevent all those issues from happening. So let's check out the plants right now and how they look with just normal site. So very purpley you can't really see the true colors of the plants and what's going on, it's not horrible at or hard to see much but the purple kind of drowns out the different things that are going on with the leaves. So now I want to show you guys what it will look like with a normal pair of sunglasses just to give you an idea, so these will definitely help preventing issues from happening like I was explaining a second ago, but as you can also see it's just kind of going to make things darker. You're not going to really be able to see what's going on. All right so now and okay I'm going to give you guys a quick close up on the too buds just so you can compare. You can see them obviously the hairs, but you're not getting the Clear View or the correct colors of how they would look. So now let me show you guys how it looks with the growth glasses on. Bam! Okay so as you can see it's almost as if the lights are not on where there is no purple light but just regular clear white light. Pretty trippy huh? Anyway this way you can have those LEDs going and you can see other that's cool. And you can see exactly what's going on with your buds, it's kind of hard to focus right now at the camera and the shades over it. But you can see now, okay here's a shot of what the bud looks like without the glasses, and then with them. So you can see more of what's going on in terms of if there's any deficiencies or issues with the leaves, and you can see or tell better that the buds are healthy were here it's kind of hard to get a good idea. So that's really the gist of it, you can see this light has blinders on the side so light doesn't get exposed through there. And yeah overall I really recommend ease as they're good for saving your eyesight and preventing that's headaches. Also it makes it easier to see what's going on in there, so now I'm going to go and show you guys the different options for these growth sunglasses that I have available on the GreenBox Grown website!
