| Video Discription | Ureteral endometriosis (UE) is an extragenital endometriosis, with an incidence ranging from 0.3% to 12% among reproductive women with endometriosis. UE should be suspected in a patient of known endometriosis with hydroureteronephrosis. Ureterocystoneostomy (UCN) is an appropriate procedure for UE patients with ureteral stenosis close to the vesicoureteral junction. Principles for obtaining successful UCN outcomes include lack of tension, debridement, spatulation of the ureter, and postoperative drainage. Psoas hitch, tacking the posterior bladder wall to the psoas muscle, is a key approach. Objective: To describe the robotic surgical management of bilateral UE Clinical information: A 33 year-old G0 recurrent Stage IV endometriosis presented with bilateral ureteral strictures and infertility Interventions: Robotic bilateral UCN with Psoas hitch after TLH with BSO Results: No evidence of bilateral ureteral strictures and leak 2 month postoperative by CT-urogram Conclusion: Key of successful management in bilateral ureteral endometriosis is following the principles of ureteroneocystostomy |
