Here is the Abstract: ROBOTIC BLADDER SPARING EXENTERATION FOR LOCALLY ADVANCED LOWER RECTAL CANCER Objective: To present the technical details of robotic bladder sparing exenteration Methods: A case of Locally advanced lower rectum cancer Post NACTRT persistent anterior CRM positive was managed with bladder preserving exenteration. Lower rectal cancers pose a challenge to the clinician in clinical practice. Persistent anterior CRM positive tumour require extended TME or sometimes exenterations to achieve R0 resection. Results: At our centre till now we have performed 9 such cases with acceptable perioperative morbidity and short term oncological outcomes .
