Sharp dissection using micro scissors is shown to remove remnants of tumor capsule adherent to surrounding brain. Bipolar co agulation is being used with caution and care not to jeopardize any perforator. There is a cotton pledget in the inter optic space which is seen to move while dissecting in the opto carotid space. It sometimes helps to delineate end points during dissection . The surgery is carried out with higher magnification but this clip has lower zoom settings to appreciate the anatomy better. |
