She underwent endoscopic endonasal approach for excision of tumor for gross total resection. Visual acuity and peripheral vision in the left eye returned to normal after surgery. These tumors are best addressed by an experienced endoscopic skull base surgeon as they have the best outcomes in terms of vision and preservation of brain function. |
