| Video Discription | Although anal stenosis is rare, it remains one of the worst complications of colorectal surgery. More than 90% of cases are associated with hemorrhoidectomy. Although the treatment varies according to the severity of the stenosis, surgical treatment comes to the fore in moderate and severe stenosis that does not benefit from conservative treatment or is expected to fail. Although various surgical anoplasty methods have been described in the treatment, the most effective method of struggle is to prevent the development of anal stenosis. In this video, bilateral house flap anoplasty treatment is presented in a patient with high comorbidity who developed massive anal stenosis after hemorrhoidectomy with an energy device. Anal stenoz nadir olmasına karşın kolorektal cerrahinin en sıkıntılı komplikasyonlarından biri olmayı sürdürmektedir. Olguların neredeyse %90’dan fazlası hemoroidektomi ile ilişkilidir.
