| Video Discription | Laparoscopic radical colectomy is feasible and safe for locally advanced T4 right colon cancer if the correct anatomic planes of dissection are followed. See the plane of dissection between the ascending colon and Gerota's fascia. This allows a complete mesocolic excision (CME) and a clean dissection on avascular planes. Minimally invasive laparoscopic right colectomy with intracorporeal anastomosis and extraction of the specimen through Mini-Pfannenstiel.
