| Video Discription | Laparoscopic SLN mapping for Gynecological cancer using K. STORZ (ICG/NIR technology). We report our experience since 2017 of 125 cases with endometrial cancer. We performed 2 sides cervical injection of 5 ml ICG the overall SLN detection rate was 99.2%, with a bilateral detection rate of 82%. In 4% of the cases the SLN were located in the Para-aortic region. The most common SLN location 54% was medial of the external iliac artery. In 9 cases ( Grade II and III) pos. SLN biopsy were found and treated with radical lymphadenectomy. The SLN mapping in patients with high risk endometrial cancer must be careful reconsider. |
