| Video Discription | . This medium sized mass was bothering the patient for years so they came in to get it removed. . It looked like a ball made out of ivory at first! Near the end, you can see that I popped the pimple. I try not the do this as it makes the procedure extra messy and stinky. Don’t worry, I got the entire cyst wall/ sac out so this will not recur. . Some people will ask if antibiotics are needed since the cyst popped. Since there was no infection, no antibiotics are needed. That nasty cottage cheese looking stuff inside the cyst is called keratin. It may stink but it’s not an infection. . . . |
