| Video Discription | . This quirky looking back mass had been bothering this Hmong patient for many years so he decided to have it removed. As you can see, the cyst is protruding out quite a bit. This means the skin over it is stretched out and very thin. . Because of that, I extended the elliptical incision laterally to get to normal tissue. This also help me be able to close the incision as I excise most of the stretched out skin. . . . |
