The Gallbladder was covered by epiplon adhesions and the adhesions were attached to the right subcostal abdominal wall. After the exposition of the gallbladder, it was necessary to empty the gallbladder (using a 5mm working trocar). After that the body of the gallbladder and the infundibulum can be identified. Adhesions to the duodenum were found and taking down with blunt dissection. After careful dissection of the Calot's Triangle, the cystic artery and duct can be isolated. The artery was cauterized and clipped, and the cystic duct was ligated with external endoloop + one metal clip. Detachment of the posterior wall was achived with scissors. Gallbladder especimen were gloved and taked out of the cavity throuth 10mm umbilical port. Pacient was discharged to home 3 days after the surgery, without symptons.
