| Video Discription | Right transcanat revision tympanoplasty with total ossicular chain reconstruction following 2 previous failed operations (other surgeons). Last previous operation consisted in a PORP insertion without hearing improvement. Middle ear exploration reveals a mobile stapes and a fixed malleus head fixation which is disconnected from the malleus. The previous surgeon probably cut the neck of the malleus. However the remaining malleus handle is really anterior and could not be used. Previous PORP is not found. Ossiculoplasty is performed with Malleus Replacement Prosthesis (MRP) insertion with simultaneous insertion of a Vincent-Grace HA-Teflon TORP.
