| Video Discription | The TAPP approach worked very well. It allows mesh placement while protecting the bowel from direct contact with the mesh. The Xi robot was used. Port placement was at the level of the umbilicus which in retrospect was too low (dissection of the posterior portion of the hernia sac would have been easier with different port positions). |
