| Video Discription | We bunched 5 lap choles, commenting through the routine lap chole for cholelitiasis, demonstrating a chirrosis case, two cholecystitis (one mild and one moderate) and the last one a dubious case, showing that the super indication is not inocuous for the patient. Points to be taken in this video: - Always thrive to achieve CVS - Always work with what you know; if the infrastructure is bad or the surgeons doesn't have the skills, bail out and refer. - The indications for lap chole and it's timming are solid and data driven. We have to follow it - Always weight what's best for the patient. The operation has to enhance quality of life for the patient or remove a malignancy (or the chance of it, oncologic speaking).
