| Video Discription | 72 yo male patient. The patient had operated left inguinal hernia and umbilical hernia repair by laparoscopically 6 years ago. His inguinal hernia had recurred 4 years ago. In the video, free tacks can be seen in the abdominal cavity. There was no fixaiton on mesh for his inguinal hernia repair. Mesh was meshoma formation, and dislocated to medial side ( pt has been suffered retropubic pain). In our clinical experience; in recurrent cases, if fixation is not applied, the mesh is dislocated medially. |
