| Video Discription | We present the case of a 50-year old man with a previous history of cocaine abuse, who presented with a subarachnoid haemorrhage five days earlier. On imaging he was shown to harbour three aneurysms on the left inferior trunk of the middle cerebral artery: viz. bifurcation, preRolandic, and Rolandic artery. He was neurologically intact and we decided upon surgical clip reconstruction. We concluded that the bifurcation aneurysm was the culprit lesion. All three aneurysms were treated and after surgery the patient was still neurologically intact. Surgery by: drs.
