| Video Discription | 62-Year old woman who presented to our clinics with headaches. An incidental aneurysm at the bifurcation of an azygos anterior cerebral artery was found. After multidisciplinary consultation we decided upon surgical treatment of the aneurysm by clip reconstruction. A right-sided interhemispheric approach was applied. The aneurysm was adherent to the falx cerebri, which was cut to be able to mobilise the aneurysm dome. The surgery and postoperative recovery were uneventful. Surgery by: drs.
