| Video Discription | This video shows the clip reconstruction of a right-sided ruptured posterior communicating artery aneurysm and an aneurysm of the internal carotid artery in a 14-year old girl. She presented WFNS grade 1. Because of durability it was decided multidisciplinary to treat the aneurysms with surgery. The postoperative period was uneventful and she recovered completely. Follow up at 1 year showed no neck remnants, an open posterior communicating artery and no signs of ischemia. Surgery by: drs.
