Complete ureterolysis done till the level of tunnel and complete excision of parametrial nodule is done There is pseudo sheath formation around ureter because of endometriosis That causes Ureteric dissection difficult But also it prevents invasion into ureter upto some extent That should be into consideration while dissection This patient did not require ureter stenting and 2 months of follow up shows the patient is symptom free ! |
