Stable residual right 50db conductive hearing loss. Middle ear exploration reveals an intact ossicular chain but abnormal incus which was probably not identified during prious operations. Ossiculoplasty is performed with Vincent-Grace HA-Teflon TORP (Malleus-to-stapedotomy procedure) with stapedotomy and vein graft interposition. |
